- Manage project accounting functions including invoicing, billings, and reconciliations
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for active projects
- Collaborate with project managers to track costs and ensure profitability
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for leadership
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within project accounting
The successful candidate has:
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, development, or project-based industries
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across departments
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $75,000 $95,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
