Through the cultivation of thought leadership, we deliver sustainable and forward-thinking solutions to the most complex design challenges facing the world’s leading clients and partners.Job SummaryThe Project Accounting Biller is responsible for client billings; A/R collections and follow-up including documenting collection notes; track client invoicing requirements and specific client invoicing deadlines; provide billing information to Senior PA to assist in preparation of various reports; provide payment status to the PA team for A/R reporting as needed.Responsibilities & QualificationsDuties and Responsibilities:Billing:Fixed Fee invoicingPercentage Complete InvoicingTime and Material InvoicingClient specific invoicingReimbursable expense billingProject reconciliations to client records as requiredEmail final invoices to clients and ensure confirmation of client receipt of invoices in good form, file copies of invoices and backup in appropriate foldersAccounts Receivable:Contact clients to ensure payment of outstanding invoicesEnsure detailed notes are maintained on all collection attemptsCommunicate with PA on collections effortsSkills and Qualifications:Preferably 1 year of project accounting or billing experienceExperience in engineering or other project-oriented firms preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated with independent work habitsExperience working in a deadline orientated and face paced and high volume officeWorking knowledge of Deltek Vision software would be an assetClient focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.Additional Information#LI-hybridIntroba offers a comprehensive total rewards package.
