These roles will support Project Managers and Superintendents in all aspects of the construction process including monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. These will be 4, 8 or 12-month work terms starting May 2025.Reports to: Project Manager(s)Duties and Responsibilities:Supporting in project startups with responsibilities including but not limited to, tendering and bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, utilities and site services applications, permit applications, quantity take-offs, assisting in development of the project communication plan and managing project scheduleProject execution and document control responsibilities including Request for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Submittals, Change Requests (CRX), Change Orders (CO)Project closeout responsibilities including assisting with inspections, owner training, managing the O&M Manuals, reviewing, tracking and communicating punch and deficiency lists, removing all insurance, closeout of utilities and site services, and removing temporary facilitiesMaintain the integrity of the QA/QC planFacilitate, record and compile meeting minutes; follow up on action itemsTrack productivity and performance of the projectProject accounting basicsAdhere to Clark Builders’ policies and procedures and aid others in complianceSupport and grow ongoing trade partner and client relationshipsSkills and Knowledge:Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAnalytical thinker with ability to interpret complex information and recommend innovative solutionsEnjoys working in a team environment, performing deadline-driven tasks to resolve project challenges of varying complexityUnderstanding the principles of Lean thinking, collaborative planning, and continuous improvementThe ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and specificationsLive Clark Builders CORE Values: Have a Can-Do Attitude, Respect Others, Succeed as a Team, Lead with Courage and Deliver ResultsQualifications:Pursuing a Bachelors’ degree, diploma or 2-year certificate in a construction related disciplineExperience working as a Project Coordinator for a Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional Construction organization previously is an assetExperience with Procore® is an assetExperience with Last Planner® System is an assetExperience with collaborative pull planning is an assetExperience with various types of construction contracts is an assetApply now for your exceptional career opportunity!
