Job description: Project Coordinator Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all aspects of a construction project. This includes managing the budget, schedule, and resources, as well as communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of success in project management. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the budget, schedule, and resources for the project
  • Communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Manage the quality of the work performed by subcontractors
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that the project is completed smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
