Job description: Job Description:FLINT, a rapidly expanding organization, is seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in construction to play a pivotal role in securing bids for a diverse range of awarded and upcoming projects. As a successful candidate, you will possess a keen eye for safety, quality, schedule, and cost, ensuring these critical aspects are well-managed throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve defining clear objectives for each project and collaborating closely with Turnaround and/or Construction Managers to achieve successful outcomes. What would you be doing?

• Manage contracts and resources to implement the work effectively.
• Proactively set client expectations and communicate professionally with partners.
• Provide direction to field teams and ensure contractual alignment.
• Plan and analyze workforce and financial data to improve project performance.
• Ensure field activities meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Inspire a culture aligned with FLINT’s core values.

Does this sound like you?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or industrial project management.
• Combination of education and experience in business or project management.
• Proficient in software systems for estimating and project management.
• Technical ability in any of the following would be ideal and transferrable: mechanical/piping sector, including shutdown/turnaround implementation.
• Journeyperson Trade certification or related post-secondary degree is a plus.
• Understand human resources and HSE standards.
