With a workforce of over 12,000 interdisciplinary professionals, Shared Health collaborates with over 250 local, regional, and provincial health service delivery organizations to provide accessible, consistent, and innovative healthcare solutions to the residents of it’s province.Position Overview: As part of the Provincial Health System Transformation project, our client is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic system realignment efforts and enhance patient care within it’s healthcare system.Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide workforce-based transformation initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and managing interdependencies to drive organizational change and process improvements.
- Manage programs within a complex jurisdictional environment, involving executive-level interactions and communications with labor bargaining units and collective agreements.
- Utilize Enterprise Resource Management tools to model workforce resource requirements and allocate resources effectively using a resource assignment methodology.
- Implement information management and analytics solutions to support clinical changes and human resource transitions within the healthcare environment.
- Create business, technical, security, or application architectures using structured methodologies such as TOGAF to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:Education: * Valid PMP Certification.
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification.
Skill and Experience: * 5 years of experience managing and implementing enterprise-wide workforce-based transformation initiatives in complex sectors such as healthcare, financial services, or telecommunications.
- 5 years of experience managing programs in a complex jurisdictional environment with executive-level interactions and communications involving labor bargaining units and collective agreements.
- 5 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Management tools to model workforce resource requirements and manage allocation effectively.
- 5 years of experience using information management and analytics solutions to support clinical changes and human resource transitions in a healthcare environment.
- 3 years of experience creating business, technical, security, or application architectures using structured methods such as TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.
