As part of their mission, they are developing a multi-year provincial workplace wellbeing strategy tailored specifically to Manitoba.Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to play a crucial role in the development and implementation of their wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will assist in creating a strategic framework encompassing operational plans and outcomes.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement the strategic framework for workplace wellbeing.
- Manage project plans, budgets, scope, and performance monitoring, reporting progress to a steering committee.
- Support the development and implementation of projects related to mental health in healthcare environments, including establishing priorities, process improvements, and evaluation.
- Lead large enterprise-wide organizational and strategic mental health design projects, working closely with executive leadership teams.
- Incorporate organizational change management strategies using structured methodologies like Prosci, including content development and training.
- Analyze data, develop data models, and synthesize findings into meaningful conclusions.
- Manage projects focusing on psychological health and safety in the workplace, as well as trauma-informed models and Critical Incident Stress Management.
Requirements:
- Certification in Design Thinking processes and methodologies.
- 10 years of project or program management experience, including managing budgets, scope, and reporting progress.
- 7 years of experience supporting projects related to mental health in healthcare environments.
- 5 years of experience managing large organizational and strategic mental health design projects.
- 5 years of experience in organizational change management.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and developing reports.
- 1 year of experience managing projects focusing on psychological health and safety.
- 1 year of experience managing projects involving trauma-informed models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex project issues to executives and senior leadership.
