– Manages budgets

– Preparation and analysis of financial statements– CPA designation, an asset
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
– 3 years’ experience in a similar position
– Real estate experience mandatory
– Proficiency in real estate software (Yardi, Hopem, etc.), mandatory
