This is a great opportunity for candidates who are not currently working and have full cycle property accounting experience with keen attention to detail.

• Full cycle property accounting
• Review payable and receivables.
• Filing HST returns.
• Monthly, and yearly financial statement preparation
• Assist in creating and documenting new processes.
• Cash flow management
• Prepare documents for annual audits and tax filings.
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting experience in commercial property management environment.
• Prior experience working with Yardi Voyager is considered an asset.
• A diploma or degree in accounting is preferred.

Expected salary: $70000 – 85000 per year
