Job description: Job Description:Looking for a Property Accountant for a long term engagement with a potential to become full time.The Property Accountant will be responsible for taking care of day to day accounting that include

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • New Projects and Reports
  • Get AP Invoices approved via work flow and confirm in another ERP System
  • Internal Reporting for Partners/Manager
  • Working with the Auditors

It would be nice for the Property Accountant to have worked with QB Online and a good grasp of Excel using Pivotables/VlookupThis is a 100% in office engagement with some flexibility to work from home if the need arise.Requirements:Accounting Software Systems, ADP – Financial Services, CapEx, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budget Processes, Cash Activity, Quickbooks Online

Expected salary: $33.25 – 38.5 per hour
