Monthly reporting inlcluding variance analysis, balance sheets and account reconciliations
Record journal entries into Yardi including revenue & expense accruals
Complete budget and forecasting
Communicate with internal employees (Managers, Accountants, etc) and coordinate between departments
Support various Accounting functions as requestedQualifications
Minimum 2+ years of Property Accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills
