As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using UiPath automation tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements, identify test scenarios, and automate test cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, proficiency in UiPath automation, and excellent problem-solving skills.This is a Contract position, for 18 months.Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using UiPath automation tools and frameworks.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into automated test cases using UiPath.3. Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team in a timely manner.4. Continuously improve test automation processes and UiPath automation frameworks to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.5. Participate in peer reviews of test automation code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.6. Work closely with QA analysts to identify manual test cases suitable for automation using UiPath and assist in their automation.7. Research and stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UiPath automation to drive continuous improvement in our testing practices.Work Location : Bayshore Specialty Rx, 233 Alden Road, Markham, ON, L3R 4C1Hybrid role , at least 2 days onsite weekly.QualificationsRequirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using UiPath for web and/or desktop applications.3. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.4. Hands-on experience with UiPath automation tools and frameworks.5. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.8. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:1. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.2. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.3. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.4. Experience with performance testing tools.5. Relevant certifications in software testing or UiPath automation.
