Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and direct them appropriately
• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism
• Handle clerical duties such as filing, mail distribution, and faxing
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and general administrative tasks
• Support various departments as needed

What You Bring to the Role:

• Previous front-desk or receptionist experience (automotive experience is a plus!)
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Hourly Rate: $18.00
