We can’t wait to see what we can build together.Reporting to the Field Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for connecting with people. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled individuals, and contribute to the success of our company by building a talented and engaged workforce. You are digitally savvy, decisive, can quickly catch onto new information and apply it. You build strong relationships and are highly service focused​.Responsibilities

  • Understand and believe in Morgan values and Pillars of Excellence; consistently demonstrating alignment through everyday actions and able to ascertain best fit for the company based on candidates own values and beliefs.​
  • Successfully manage new hire onboarding of up to 40+ employees at one time.
  • Work closely with employees throughout their onboarding process to ensure they are compliant before or by the intended travel date which can include setting deadlines for onboarding requirements, setting up new candidate profiles and assigning training and other orientations, collecting all required tickets and documentation, updating tracking systems and completing other responsibilities as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees providing an exceptional service focused approach with touchpoints throughout the onboarding process to ensure they remain on track for their start date.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking systems Workable and training system Bistrainer documenting all communication and status updates.
  • Working closely with assigned Field Recruiter(s) to ensure clear communication on candidate status identifying any risks to onboarding progress
  • Be available to support other coordinators as needed, including out of office coverage.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration and/or recruitment would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a high volume construction environment would be beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
