We are restoring pride in communities and we are restoring hope by making progress every day”Are you passionate about supporting a growing team with all aspects of Operations/Financial Management?This position’s primary responsibility is to manage/oversee multiple offices within the Alberta/British Columbia area; overseeing operations, maintaining client relationships, and growing the business by supporting Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Financial success, monitoring revenue, expenditures, and employment needs.What’s In It for You?Work for a very well respected, and established leaders in the Restoration industryBuild relationships with employees throughout the countryExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesA competitive compensation packageBenefit package (Dental & Medical)Paid Vacation TimeGenerous RRSP programEmployee and Family Assistance ProgramJob Responsibilities Include:Ensure local offices are trained in BELFOR practices and protocols, working with General Managers to develop career paths, and supporting the effectiveness of all departments through coordination and effective communication.The role involves short-term and long-term planning, implementing initiatives, maintaining consistency, and focusing on revenue-based performance.Conduct weekly operational meetings with Operational Managers and General Managers to review previous month’s leads, sales, internal scorecard results, customer surveys and satisfaction sheets and to keep all employees up to date with corporate and industry changes in the region.They must manage employee equipment assignments, usage of cellphones/ computers, vehicles, tracking of fuel consumption on a per office basis.Proactively assess and communicate jobsite conditions and concerns that potentially may be affecting the business to the President.Manage financial management, planning, and controls for the region’s office locations, providing monthly financial analysis to General and Operational Managers, tracking invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and developing strategies to improve profitability and project completion.Support daily Human Resources and Health & Safety activities, conducting recruitment and interviews, ensuring effective communication, supporting training initiatives, supervising team members, conducting performance evaluations, and participating in performance management to ensure accountability and documentation for all employees.Review business development, marketing opportunities, and strategies to boost workflow and productivity, including local community-based opportunities. Regular meetings with general managers, attending industry conferences, and identifying and incorporating new revenue opportunities are also essential.Required Qualifications:5+ years’ experience in construction, insurance or restoration industry3+years’ experience in a senior level management accounting roleIntermediate to Advanced computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Google Suite, JD Edwards, Xactimate/XactAnalysis.Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlinesEligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR’s vehicle policy.Willing to work nights and weekends when requested.Periodic travel may be required.Criminal Record CheckIf you are looking to join a team that values Integrity, Loyalty, and Commitment, to ourselves, to each other and to our customers, join our BELFOR team now.We thank all candidates who apply for this role, however, please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted.
