  • As an RPN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in the Brantford and surrounding county areas. This position requires travel throughout Brantford and Brant County for client visits.
  • This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.
  • As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.
  • You will teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.
  • You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be more focused on care time and less travel time.

QualificationsEducation:

  • RPN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.

Other Requirements:

  • Current CPR certification required
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
