Understanding of the residential construction &/or architect / designer community.
Valid Class 5 license and the ability to travel assigned routes, including overnight stays.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients in the residential construction sector through effective outside sales strategies.
Lead negotiations and close deals to drive business development and revenue growth.
Utilize analysis skills to identify market trends and generate leads.
Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.SalesLead and grow our business in Northern and Central Alberta. Cultivate and maintain long term relationship with our current and prospective partners.

Work with VP Sales to create and execute an ongoing strategic plan and process to develop and manage your assigned territory driving growth and profitability. Accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting
Meet or exceed budget volume and profitability of sales.
Assist leaders to manage and resolve employee relations challenges and provide support and advise managers regarding performance issues and assist in setting and facilitating performance improvement process with employees as needed.
Plan and pace own work efficiently to meet productivity goals.
Participate in industry association events to represent Durabuilt Windows & Doors and build your network.
Participate in training and development activities to expand your product and industry knowledge.Operations and SupportTrain and coach customers on Durabuilt products and systems and effectively link them to our internal partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Onboarding of new customers to align their company with our departments: Account Team, Connect You, Scheduling, Shipping, Accounting.
Cultivate relationships with home builders, contractors and architects throughout the territory to promote our company and pull business.
Utilize ERP (selling / quoting software) and manage customer relationships, contacts and activities using our CRM (Salesforce).
Report on project progress at weekly meetings and logging activities and details in Salesforce to keep the company informed.
In conjunction with the OHS Coordinator and Managers, ensure HSE program, training, certifications and related requirements are met.Team ManagementTo set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
To recruit, train, and motivate sales team toward hitting specified sales goals
Leading a strong effective team that recognizes the vision of our company and respects leadership
Setting and reviewing weekly and monthly goals and demonstrating the tenacity it takes to not only hit these goals but to surpass them
