Reporting to the Property Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Preparing monthly financials, working papers, and cash flow statements
- Preparing quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts
Successful candidate
- Previous accounting experience within the property management sector
- Residential Rental Property Accounting experience will be highly regarded
- Previous experience with a large accounting systems and MS Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Expected salary: $80000 – 90000 per year
