Job description: Sales RepresentativeAn established Canadian-based supplier in the heavy equipment aftermarket industry is expanding its footprint in Alberta and is seeking a driven, technically adept Sales Representative to join its team. This role is focused on the sale of aftermarket undercarriage components—including tracks, rollers, sprockets, and idlers—to clients operating in the construction, mining, and related sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and growing the Alberta territory, leveraging strong industry knowledge and customer relationship skills to drive business success. This is a remote position based in Alberta, with a preference for candidates located in Edmonton or Calgary.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Drive new business development with equipment dealers, service providers, and fleet operators.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to help customers select the right undercarriage components.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, presentations, and closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal logistics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Utilize ERP and warehouse systems to manage orders and inventory flow.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach and maximize impact.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions as needed.

Your strengths include:

• 3+ years in B2B sales in parts, equipment, or industrial supplies.
• Understanding of heavy equipment or undercarriage systems is required.
• Proven ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with regional travel (30–50%) as needed.
