Our client a tech healthcare company is rapidly growing and looking to hire a Controller to join their team to lead the accounting and finance division.The Role
Reporting directly to the President this role will be a standalone position overseeing the entire Accounting and Finance department. The Senior Accountant/Team Lead, Accounting will be responsible for completing the completing month and year-end reports, managing cash flow, complete inventory and cost analysis, create process efficiencies for the department, and lead the budget and forecasting process for the entire businessThe Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance
• 6+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience including strong experience with cost and inventory accounting
• A very smart analytical, and business-minded person not afraid to be hands-on
• Experience working in the manufacturing, distribution, or construction space is an asset
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy

Expected salary: $100000 per year

Location: Stoney Creek, ON
