Job description: Job Description:THE ROLE:Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a 2-month contract to assist with various finance and accounting tasks, primarily focused on cleaning up their financial system and preparing for an upcoming audit. The ideal candidate has extensive public practice experience and is willing to dig into the details of the accounts.Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Clean-Up: Reconciliation of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Bank Accountants
• Fixed Asset Continuity: Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of fixed assets
• Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing working papers for external auditors
• Investment Schedule Review: Evaluate both long-term and short-term investment schedules, providing opinions on valuation

ABOUT YOU:You are an accomplished accountant, boasting a minimum of 10 years of full-cycle accounting experience, especially in a public practice setting. You have a CPA designation in good standing and a profound understanding of complex accounting issues. Your ability to perform precise and comprehensive reconciliation is unparalleled. Proficient in Excel, you can effortlessly manage vlookup, pivot, and handle over 200 lines of data. A hands-on and detail-oriented individual, you’re prepared to dive into the depths of detailed account work.
