As a Senior Accountant in Burnaby you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization:-Responsible for preparing financial reports and assisting with quarterly forecasts
-Managing multi currency cash operations across different banks
-Oversee cash flow forecasts and optimize cash management policies
-Conduct financial analysis to provide recommendation to business leaders
-Collaborate with the audit team on internal and external auditing
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Work with the Controller and Leadership to provide appropriate financial management reporting and financial support on strategic projects.
-Support ERP implementation projectQualifications
A successful senior accountant in Burnaby will have:-5+ years of Full Cycle Accounting Experience
-Construction Experience in a STRONG ASSET
-Prior experience mentoring and supervising junior staff
-ERP Implementation experience is a STRONG assetSummary
