This role is perfect for an experienced accounting professional looking to contribute to a dynamic environment and play a crucial part in financial reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to enhance financial integrity and efficiency.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
