Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Work directly with small business clients, providing clear, practical financial guidance.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment that values teamwork and innovation.
• Support ongoing efforts to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of experience in public practice, ideally with direct client interaction.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA – CA, CGA, or CMA) preferred.
• Strong foundation in preparing and reviewing CaseWare files.
• Passion for supporting small businesses and helping them thrive.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to grow in a people-centered environment.
