  • Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, providing a full range of accounting services.
  • Prepare and review year-end financial statements and tax returns.
  • Assist with audit procedures and ensure adherence to professional standards.
  • Train and develop junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver exceptional client service.

The Person

  • CPA designation in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in public practice with a focus on private enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with year-end file preparation and review.
  • Working knowledge of Canadian tax (individual and corporate).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (CCH Engagement and TaxPrep an asset).
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
