They seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and a strong background in accounting within the construction manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you!**THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION 5-DAYS A WEEK**Key Responsibilities:· Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.· Perform budget forecasting and variance analysis.· Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process.· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.· Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.· Conduct cost analysis and support financial decision-making for projects.· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.· Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate project costing and financial management.· Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Requirements:Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.· The pursuit of CPA designation is an asset.· Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.· Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,Sage 300, Jonas, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What They Offer:· Competitive salary and benefits package.· Opportunity for professional growth and development.· A dynamic and collaborative work environment.· Health and wellness programs.· Flexible work arrangements when required.

Expected salary: $85000 – 95000 per year
