You’ll help keep records sharp, analyze financial data, and uphold the gold standard of compliance. • Accounts Payable & Receivable-Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections to ensure smooth, timely transactions across entities
• Record-Keeping & Ledger Management-Update and maintain general ledger accounts with accuracy to reflect the financial health of both corporate and subsidiary operations
• Account Reviews & Discrepancy Resolution-Conduct detailed bank, intercompany, and account reconciliations to detect and resolve inconsistencies
• Financial Statement Support-Contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that capture business performance
• Strategic Financial Planning-Assist with preparing budgets and projections that fuel the organization’s future growth and strategy
• Internal & External Coordination-Provide timely documentation and support during audits to help ensure compliance and transparency
• Efficiency Enhancements-Recommend and contribute to improvements in financial workflows, systems, and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

• CPA, or close to completing CPA
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 2+ years experience in accounting environment, prior exposure to gathering, organizing, and inputting information is an asset
