ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts through the timely posting of monthly entries.
  • Ensuring accounts are reconciled on a consistent and timely basis, including the preparation of daily bank reconciliations, and the reconciliation of other G/L accounts.
  • Posting, reconciliation and follow-up of customer and vehicle accounts receivable.
  • Posting, reconciliation and processing of vendor payables.
  • Preparation & reconciliation of monthly sales tax remittances.
  • Aiding in the preparation of monthly holding company income statement and balance sheets.
  • Data analysis of monthly benefit billing reports and claims.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-3 years of related work experience is a requirement for the role
  • CPA designation or equivalent, or working towards one, is considered an asset
