We are seeking a candidate to assist us in providing service excellence, ensuring all aspects of our clients’ needs are met and exceeded. - Oversee Data Management Processes
- Review and Post Accruals
- Balance Sheet & P&L Reviews
- Draft Financial Reports
- Timely Report Generation
- Support for Ad Hoc Projects:
- Prepare GST and other compliance returns.
- Collaborate with peers and management on file planning and completion, ensuring that time requirements are met.
- Provide personal, attentive service to clients, encouraging productive working relationships.
The successful candidate will have:
- payroll designation & experience considered an asset.
- 2 years’ experience in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Tech Stack experience including integration of apps is considered an asset.
- excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade such skills, as required.
- demonstrated ability to perform multi tasks in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
- good time management skills and the ability to anticipate and manage a changing workflow.
- good oral and written communication skills

- strong computer skills including windows XP, Excel, and Word
