Job description: Job Description:Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with expertise in managing fixed assets? Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organization, searching for a Senior Accountant specializing in Fixed Assets. This critical role will focus on maintaining, tracking, and analyzing fixed asset balances while ensuring compliance with established accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end reconciliations related to fixed assets, depreciation, disposals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records, including additions, retirements, and capitalizations.
• Perform regular audits of fixed asset schedules and ensure alignment with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting related to asset management.
• Responsible for journal entries, account analyses, and ad-hoc reporting tasks related to fixed assets.
• Deliver insights to leadership on fixed asset trends, lifecycle management, and potential cost-saving measures.
• Contribute to the implementation of new systems, software, and process improvements for asset tracking.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting fixed asset accounting, ensuring adherence to compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to fixed assets and general ledger work.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, and experience with IFRS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and leadership presentations.

Expected salary: $90000 – 95000 per year
