Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Mississauga. • Oversee and develop relationships with both internal staff and external clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Manage, prepare, and review various compilation engagement files, including corporate and personal tax planning and preparation.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships and collaboration.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain a results-driven approach, with a positive attitude and the eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Apply knowledge of Caseware, Taxprep, and Quickbooks in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• This position requires in-person attendance at the Mississauga office.
