Job description: POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, SAP Warehouse & Inventory Management (WM), with a strong background in cross-functional SAP Material Management (MM). The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP WM solutions, along with a solid understanding of MM processes. The role requires excellent client-facing skills, with WM certification and experience in SAP S/4HANA being highly desirable.RESPONSIBILITIES· SAP WM Configuration and Deployment: Lead and execute end-to-end SAP WM implementations, ensuring alignment with business processes and seamless integration with MM and other SAP modules.· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP MM to collaborate with MM teams and other cross-functional teams (SD, PP, etc.) to design, configure, and integrate WM solutions that meet business requirements.· Business Process Mapping: Analyze client warehouse and material management processes, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions to optimize supply chain efficiency.· Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP WM and MM modules to meet client-specific needs, including customizing WM/MM processes, developing user exits, and enhancing standard SAP functionality as required.· Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the WM implementation phase. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, provide training, and offer post-go-live support to ensure client satisfaction.· Documentation: Prepare functional and technical documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.· Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for SAP WM and MM modules, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex problems to ensure the smooth operation of the client’s SAP environment.· Project Management: Assist in project planning, management, and execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.QUALIFICATIONSACADEMIC· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.· Certification in SAP Warehouse Management is preferred.EXPERIENCE

• 6 to 8 years of experience as an SAP WM Consultant, with substantial exposure to SAP MM module and cross-functional processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is an added advantage.
• Experience in managing SAP projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Involvement in global or multi-site SAP implementation projects.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong proficiency in SAP WM and MM module configuration, including experience with inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with industry-specific best practices in warehouse and material management, supply chain optimization, and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SAP WM/MM issues.
