Reporting to the Property Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties
- Year end operating cost adjustments and tenant billings for assignment properties
- Ensure all GST and other legislated taxes and assessments are reconciled and remitted
- Monitor and review accounts payables & receivables accuracy, adjustments, and corrections
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Annual CAM calculations
The Successful Candidate:
- 4+ years commercial property accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Expected salary: $80000 – 90000 per year
