Reporting to the Property Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties
• Year end operating cost adjustments and tenant billings for assignment properties
• Ensure all GST and other legislated taxes and assessments are reconciled and remitted
• Monitor and review accounts payables & receivables accuracy, adjustments, and corrections
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Annual CAM calculations

The Successful Candidate:

• 4+ years commercial property accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Expected salary: $80000 – 90000 per year
