Job description: Job Description:THE ROLE:Our client requires the support of a Senior Accountant for a 6-month contract. Once brought on board, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial reporting function.Responsibilities:

• Execute month end, quarter end and year end closes
• Prepare journal entries and accruals with appropriate supporting documentation
• Support the preparation of financial reporting packages
• Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist with year-end external audit requests

ABOUT YOU:You are a seasoned Senior Accountant with over 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and a CPA designation. Our client is looking for someone like you, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, to join their team for a 6-month contract. You have demonstrated your ability to deliver accurate and timely financial information consistently including executing month end, quarter end, and year-end closes, preparing journal entries and accruals, and conducting account reconciliations. • 3 + years’ experience of full-cycle accounting
• CPA designation

• Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
