Job description: Senior Corporate Actions Analyst ConsultantOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team for a fully remote 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing complex corporate action events, ensuring timely and accurate information flow, and mitigating operational risk. This role requires deep understanding of global markets, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to issue-resolution.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Research, analyze, and validate corporate action events; communicate key details to internal stakeholders
• Act as technical expert in daily processing of complex corporate actions
• Provide daily oversight of trade processing activities
• Manage the Corporate Actions Tracking System, including research, processing, reconciliation, and liaison with custodians and prime brokers
• Design workflows and implement effective controls for new corporate action processes
• Maintain a robust tracking system to reduce risks related to deadlines, booking errors, and settlement issues
• Ensure timely and accurate booking of transactions in financial systems to support daily NAV calculations
• Optimize daily corporate actions/trade processing procedures while maintaining strong controls
• Support new initiatives and projects as part of the broader operations team

Your strengths include:

• 4+ years of related experience in corporate actions processing within a financial institution, investment bank, or asset manager.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset management, regulations, and internal control best practices
• Knowledge of settlement practices and a broad range of investment products
• Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) is an asset
