About the Opportunity

• Maintain standard costs (bill of materials and routings).
• Develop new item costings and work with various departments to understand the needs, impacts of various elements and provide guidance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze costs to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity within operations/supply chain.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track operational performance and provide regular reporting to management.
• Be trained and able to cover other tasks and roles in the department, as and when needed.
• Capital expenditure evaluation and reporting.
• Provide reports to various departments on a regular basis related to variances, labor hours, downtime, efficiency, labor costs, line time usage, volumes, material usage etc.
• Analyze costs, projections and participate in the budgeting process.
• Participate and perform duties that are required for inventory management, auditing and reporting.
• Validate data and ensure accuracy of data, data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with the financial policies and procedures, as well as working with departments to ensure regulatory requirements and internal control practices are being followed.
• Lead and/or support projects and tasks within and outside department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

• CPA
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing / plant cost accounting experience, preferably in the Food/Beverage industry.
• Experience dealing with multiple currencies is a requirement of the position.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with an ERP System such as Oracle or SAP.

Salary Range
$85,000 – $105,000/yearHow to Apply
