Job description: Our client a progressive and establish boutique accounting firm is seeking designated CPA’s from public practice, ideally with review experience and is currently utilizing AI drive results. AI usage and experience (current) within a public practice environment, and designation are required without exception.Reporting to the Partner, duties will include but not limited to;

• Oversee financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision
• Manage daily accounting operations, lead month-end and year-end closings, mentor junior staff, and work with leadership to analyze financial data and maintain compliance
• Building client trust through accurate, timely and high client engagement, ultimately driving the firm’s growth
• Prepare & complete year-end financial statements and direct contact with clients
• Assist in onboarding new clients
• Review the day-to-day work performed by colleagues to ensure accuracy and best practices are present
• Assist virtual CFO services including; budgeting, cash flow projections, and KPI reporting, consolidations, and other reports as requested by clients
• Assist with bookkeeping & sales tax-related tasks

Those with a deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting will thrive in this position.
