In this pivotal role, you will support critical operations, including equipment sales, financing solutions, and system administration. Your financial expertise and analytical skills will directly contribute to the accuracy of the financial operations, process efficiency, and actionable business insights.Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly projections of equipment inventory and provide detailed budget-to-forecast comparison reports.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to review cost worksheets, finalize quotations, and ensure proper revenue recognition for mining equipment sales.
• Stakeholder Presentations: Develop and present reports, such as annual budgets and quarterly updates, to provide stakeholders with valuable business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Financing Solutions: Assist with customer financing processes by preparing documentation, coordinating with lenders, and offering guidance throughout the process.
• Contract Management: Draft and oversee rental contracts, amendments, and associated documents for equipment financing and leasing.
• System Administration: Act as the system administrator for internal financial tools by ensuring system functionality, conducting team training sessions, and implementing feedback-driven enhancements.
• Team Education: Train and educate sales representatives on financing options, policies, and procedures to better equip them to assist customers effectively.
• Accounts Support: Manage accounts receivable collections and respond to inquiries about areas such as foreign exchange rates, interest calculations, and other financial matters.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting tools and processes to align with organizational goals.
• Support for Special Projects: Contribute to various projects, including support for parts and service financing, as needed.

Requirements:Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or a related field.
• Professional designation such as CPA or CFA or equivalent accounting certification required.
• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Knowledge of contract administration and compliance processes is essential.
• Skilled in conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Experience with financial systems and tools; ability to train others on their functionality.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with sales teams, customers, and senior management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
