Job description: MatrixHR is currently recruiting a Senior Hydraulics Manufacturing Engineer for a very exciting client of ours located in Delta, British Columbia. Where you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using CAD software. This is an opportunity to lead new projects, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to the advancement of technology.Type: Fulltime, permanentSchedule: Monday to FridayPerks and Benefits:

Job Duties:

  • Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Lead the hands on design of new projects from concept to completion.
  • Conduct stress analysis and material selection using FEA software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering.
  • Note: International experience/ education is accepted, however would need to be registered, or at least on your way to being a professional Engineer in Canada.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central).
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic system design and integration with mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment while leading design projects from start to finish.
