Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial/retail properties
• Month and year end journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Annual CAM calculations
• Updating lease information into the system
• Preparing budgets and forecasts

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• CPA Designation preferred
• 3+ years commercial property accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Expected salary: $85000 – 95000 per year
