• Ensure all monthly financial and management property reporting is produced
• Monitor property cash positions and prepare monthly cash distributions and cash calls
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Record collection, review, and monitor accounts receivable and payables
• Prepare accurate tenant chargebacks on a timely basis
• Maintain and clear tenant query log and ensure tenant files are current at all times
• Prepare all CAM/tax year-end reconciliations in accordance with tenant leases and ensure the timely delivery to tenants within specified time periods

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ strong property accounting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
