Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial/retail properties
- Month and year end journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Annual CAM calculations
- Updating lease information into the system
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- CPA Designation preferred
- 3+ years commercial property accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Expected salary: $85000 – 95000 per year
