As a SME, who will collaborate across the teams, learn to develop technical solutions and strategies for our applications and building detail technical designs, deployment & implementation patterns. You will gather and refine business requirements and transform them into concise technical specifications, assess and analyze business strategy & requirements, working on breaking-down and estimating tasks.By joining our team, you will make an impact on the data quality, integrity, and security for the banks critical Capital reporting platform.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Work on various initiatives and support the business strategies to help modernize and enhance the Bank’s Capital Reporting capabilities.
- Work with Business lines to understand credit risk data, provide meaningful insights and help with implementations. Effective analysis, design, development, and delivery of high reliability applications using different technology stacks.
- Maintain an awareness of emerging trends and best practices in Technology and Solution designs, to ensure we provide best client experience and quick solution. Leading and driving a customer focused culture throughout the team and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Have strategic vision and is skilled at bringing together the ideas and innovation that inspires and creates great enterprise level risk and capital solutions.
- Develop and provide a range of management BI reports/metrics, using data to drive decisions, Analyses trends from data & provide value-added solutions to operational problems.
- Be hands-on day-to-day, working with a team of developers and business analysts. Designs focused on reusability, scalability, vulnerability, adaptability and implement best practices across.
- Data Integration, Security and Management; Workflow Automation and Operational Support of niche vendor tools (Nasdaq Adenza CV)

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 5-7 years of application development and support experience at a Global Financial /Risk and Banking Institution
- 5+ years experience in the design and implementation of BI solutions
- 5+ years working on SQL Server framework (SSIS, SSRS, SSMS)
- 5+ years working on Power BI/Power Apps/ Automate experience
- 5+ years in SQL Server DB & Query development
- Good experience in applying UI/UX and visualization designs
- Good experience with Software design, coding, versioning and deployments, (including BitBucket, ACCP/Jenkins pipeline)
Nice To Have Skills:
- 2+ years experience with Python, R
- 2+ years working on cloud-based platform (Azure, PCF or GCP)
- Experience with API creation and using REST APIs, including JSON and XML APIs.
- 2+ years experience with Tomcat Apache and Nasdaq Adenza CV
