The Senior Tax Accountant will play an active role in delivering accounting and tax engagements, aligning with budget, timeframe, and quality expectations. • Prepare working papers and tax returns.
• File GST returns.
• Prepare CRA submissions and coordinate with CRA to investigate client activities and issues.
• Communicate with clients to properly complete engagements.

Requirements and SkillsEducational Background:

• Canadian CPA designation or CFE passed.

Professional Experience:

• 2+ years of Canadian Tax experience working with Private Companies (tax planning, compliance, returns, and strategy).
• Current work experience at another CPA firm in Canada.
• Able to work hybrid in the Calgary office.
