Job title: Service Technician/Warehouse Associate

Job description: This role combines warehousing, delivery operations, and technical service. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Job Functions:

  • Organize and Store Inventory
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stocked products, shipments, and receipts; report discrepancies or missing items.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify incoming shipments by comparing invoices to orders, ensuring all goods are in excellent condition.
  • Packing and Shipping
  • Database Maintenance of inventory and stock
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Timely Deliveries
  • Customer Service
  • Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance
  • Diagnose, repair, and service products and equipment at customer locations.
  • Answer inquiries, assist clients, and promote company services.
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify issues, evaluate information, and resolve technical problems.
  • Order necessary parts, replace faulty components, and ensure machinery and equipment are in good working order

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven Service Tech or equivalent experience
  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Proven Warehouse experience
  • Must have a valid class 5 license or better
  • Clean driving Abstract required
  • Experience using diagnostic tools and maintaining technical equipment is considered an asset
  • Fork Lift Certification is considered an asset
