Job description: Description:Shipper/Receiver – Brandon, MB225 Middleton AveBrandon, MB R7C 1A8Do you enjoy working in a fast-pace warehouse environment? If so, this might be the role for you! As a member of the Parts Department, you will accurately pick orders from inventory stock, receive and stock product on shelves, package and ship orders, enter/post orders on Karmak business system, and complete related paperwork. This role has potential to grow from this position to a Parts Counter professional.Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pmResponsibilities:

• Receives product and forwards emergency stock for customers. Ensures freight cost is calculated and charged to customer.
• Picks parts; places completed orders in branch bins or customer direct deliver section of warehouse. Aisles are kept clean.
• Consolidates orders going to same location and packages for shipping. Loads and unloads couriers and delivery trucks from other branches.
• Completes accurate associated paperwork.
• Records vendor invoices in Receiver spreadsheet when stock has arrived in the warehouse, posts the invoice on the spreadsheet, and print for Accounts Payables.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience, preferably in a related role; knowledge of Heavy-duty truck and trailer parts an asset
• Experience in a fast paced work environment
• Customer service focused
• Attention to detail
• Shows a learner attitude, initiative and diligence
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds without assistance; ability to climb ladders preferred
• Basic computer experience with ability to learn in-house system
• Forklift license or ability to achieve
• Ability to be exposed to weather conditions off/on throughout the day, year-round
• Valid driver’s licence
