Job description: Job Title: Software Developer in TestJob DescriptionAs a Software Development Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our enterprise cloud security products. Your primary responsibility will be to create, execute, and maintain automated test suites to ensure the highest level of quality and performance in our software. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, develop test strategies, and ensure successful product launches.Key Responsibilities:– Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for our cloud security products, including functional, performance, and security testing.– Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements, features, and user stories.– Identify, track, and prioritize software defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.– Contribute to the development of test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the overall testing process.– Participate in code and design reviews to ensure the implementation of high-quality software.– Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.– Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including test plans, test cases, and release notes.– Communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and cloud security.Hard Skills

• 5+ years experience
• Strong in Python or GO
• Strong scripting skills in Bash
• Experience with Linux Operating System
• Familiarity with AWS Services and EC2 instances
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Basic networking and troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing)
• Skills in writing clear, concise documentation
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficient in using Git for version control

Soft Skills

• Motivated
• Good at problem-solving
• Comfortable working in PST time zones
