Job description: Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Software Engineer.Responsibilities:

• Design and implement prototypes multi-media (audio, image and video) acceleration framework for AI SoC chips

• Design and implement prototypes camera system and ISP firmware for AI SoC chips

• Design and implement prototypes middleware for AI Soc chips

• Contribute to define and design of integrated software-hardware(chipset) solutions for various applications such as robotics, HPC and automotive, etc.

The target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $78,000 to $168,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.What you’ll bring to the team:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Electronics Engineering, focusing on embedded system, software development and related areas

• 3+ years working experience in C/C++ in Linux environment

• Familiar with Linux kernel

• Hands-on programming skills in C++/C/Python

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentation

• Working experiences on embedded system (arm based), Linux kernel or machine learning lib implementation is an asset

Expected salary: $78000 – 168000 per year
