Strong managerial skills, including experience in scheduling, hiring and training staff, and budgeting, will be considered valuable assets for this customer-focused spa.A passion for spa services and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for guests are essential to thrive in this role.This is an exciting opportunity for an esthetician to step into a managerial or partnership role, with the potential for growth in a guest-focused environment. • Engaging with current clients to ensure they are satisfied and comfortable with the services and environment.
• Explaining available and recommended services tailored to client needs.
• Performing various spa treatments, including facials, skin treatments, laser hair removal, and others.
• Overseeing the spa’s budget and financial forecasting.
• Hiring and onboarding new staff for various services as required.
• Ensuring smooth operations, including managing tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Handling payments, invoicing, and general bookkeeping/accounting tasks.
• Providing support to staff members as needed.

Experience:

• Previous working experience as an Esthetician is required.
• Spa management experience is considered a strong asset.

Skills:

• Impeccable communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong managerial and business skills.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• A strong focus on enhancing the client experience.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Proven leadership skills.

Base Salary:

• Salary based on position and experience.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week expected.
• Flexibility to work week days and weekends is required.

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
